Can I get a custom design using my team/school logo?
Absolutely!! All of our apparel and accessories can be customized to meet your needs. It's what we do! Just let us know what you are looking for, and our design team will work hard to turn your vision into reality. A vectorized (Ai) file may be required from you in order to create your design.
What is the typical time frame for orders?
Due to every order being a custom design and order to fit our clients needs, we quote 3-4 weeks for camp wear and accessories, and 4-6 weeks on uniforms and sublimated practice wear from the time that final artwork is approved and payment is received. We want to make sure that your custom order is made correctly and to your specifications. We will be sure to keep you updated throughout the process of any necessary changes or time frame adjustments. Some orders may be able to be created in less time. Shoot us an email about what you need and we will let you know!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
With every order being a custom design, we do not except returns. However, if something is incorrect or wrong, we will gladly fix it or replace it at no cost to you. We will even pay for the shipping to return the defective piece back to us. We want to make sure that you are happy, and get exactly what you ordered!

Standard Ground Shipping for U.S. Orders Over $1,000 - FREE!
Standard Ground Shipping for U.S. Orders Under $1,000 - $15 Flat Fee
Priority Two Day for U.S. Orders - $30.00-$60.00
Overnight/Rush Fee for U.S. Orders - $50.00-$80.00
Once items have shipped, you will receive a verification email with a tracking number. Quoted shipping time includes business days only, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Alaska and Hawaii must ship with a fee of $30 plus 10% of subtotal. We currently do not ship internationally.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal for all card payments, or by phone. PayPal is a secure way to complete all credit or debit card transactions online. If you would like to pay with "cash", you can pay through the Venmo app. We also accept checks from school, booster club, and all star program accounts only.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We accept check, cash, card, and purchase orders (P.O.). However, if utilizing a P.O. and depending on the size of the order, we may require a 50% deposit from the organization. Purchase orders and the upfront deposits are a case by case basis. Please contact us for any questions that you may have regarding this payment method.

We believe that trust is an important aspect of customer relationships, and we will do everything in our power to guard that trust.
